Born and raised in Southern California, Robert has been in the people management business for over 20 years now. Robert starting leading people in the mid 1980s and took on the challenge of creating efficient and profitable production teams for one the leading Service Companies in the Inventory Counting Industry.
A few years later Robert found himself in the data storage and management industry. Starting as a Computer Output (COM) operator and quickly learning COM programing, Robert quickly rose to the position of Branch Manager.
